Fastest 10K Runners by Age

Generally, the fastest 10K runners are in the age group 20 – 29, and the second fastest are under 20. The next fastest are ages 30 – 39. Then ages 40 – 49, 50 – 59, and over 60. However, older runners at higher performance levels can run faster than younger runners.
