Clean and Front Squat Challenge Rules

The camera is positioned at a 45-degree angle so that it shows both your front and side. Framing must include your full body as well as the ground.

Olympic clean starts with the weighted barbell on the ground. The lifter pulls the bar up to the collarbone (top of the chest). Elbows must be forward, and all fingers on the bar. The clean position must be held for at least two seconds.

During the front squat, all fingers must remain on the bar and elbows pointing forward. At the bottom of the squat, your thighs must be parallel to the ground. To complete the squat, you must stand with your knees locked out.
