Push Up Challenge Rules

You need one camera near the ground showing your up-and-down push-up movements.

The push-up starts with your hands on the ground slightly more than shoulder-width apart. Legs must be straight, and toes on the ground. You may have some separation of the feet. Elbows must bend to at least a ninety-degree angle before pushing up to the starting position. Down and up is one push-up repetition. Push-ups must be performed within the ten-minute time period.

Video Editing

For natural-looking motion blur, we suggest recording video at 24 frames per second (FPS). Video playback must be at normal speed. If the video looks sped up, it will not be accepted. Thus, you will need to record at least ten minutes of video.

The video must be a single continuous shot. No cuts allowed.

Video Content

You must identify yourself in the video by speaking your name while showing your face or using an on-screen title.

Your Push Up Challenge video must be published as a public listing on YouTube.
